2. right of withdrawal (return without reason)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A consumer and an entrepreneur on the rights of a consumer who has concluded a remote contract with the Seller has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of time 14 calendar days<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the goods, without stating a reason and without incurring costs other than the cost of directly returning the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to file a return<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  1. Send to kontakt@kilometrowka.net<\/a> unequivocal statement of withdrawal from the contract. You can use the model form provided in Appendix No. 2 to the Law of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights - this is not mandatory.<\/li>\n
  2. Send the goods to the address: ITBees sp. z o.o., 112B Grota Roweckiego St., 52-232 Wroc\u0142aw<\/strong> At the latest within 14 days from the date of the statement.<\/li>\n
  3. Upon receipt of the return (or confirmation of shipment - whichever comes first), we will refund your money within 14 days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
