2. right of withdrawal (return without reason)
A consumer and an entrepreneur on the rights of a consumer who has concluded a remote contract with the Seller has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of time 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without stating a reason and without incurring costs other than the cost of directly returning the goods.
How to file a return
- Send to kontakt@kilometrowka.net unequivocal statement of withdrawal from the contract. You can use the model form provided in Appendix No. 2 to the Law of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights - this is not mandatory.
- Send the goods to the address: ITBees sp. z o.o., 112B Grota Roweckiego St., 52-232 Wrocław At the latest within 14 days from the date of the statement.
- Upon receipt of the return (or confirmation of shipment - whichever comes first), we will refund your money within 14 days.
Conditions for accepting the return
- The goods must not bear traces of use beyond normal inspection of the product.
- Store does not accept cash on delivery.
- The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
3. refunds
- Reimbursement is made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods or from the date of confirmation of shipment (the earlier date is decisive).
- We make the return same payment method, which the customer used, unless the customer expressly agrees to another form.
- We will refund the price of the goods and the cost of the cheapest ordinary form of delivery to the customer offered by the store. The difference between the cheapest and the selected more expensive form of delivery is borne by the customer.
- We do not charge any return service fee (restocking fee).
4. complaints (defective goods)
In case of a defect in the goods, the customer is entitled to warranty rights in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and the Law on Consumer Rights. The customer may demand:
- repairs to goods,
- Replacement of goods with new ones,
- price reduction,
- withdraw from the contract in the event of a material defect.
Complaint procedure
- Send your application to kontakt@kilometrowka.net along with a description of the problem and, if possible, photos of the defect.
- The store will consider the complaint within up to 14 days from its receipt.
- If the complaint is accepted, the cost of return shipping and shipment of repaired/replaced goods shall be paid by the Seller.
5. cancellation and cancellation of subscription to Kilometer (digital services) program
Subscription plans (3-month and annual) are electronically provided services.
- The customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the subscription contract in the within 14 days from the date of its conclusion, provided that the service provision has not been fully performed before the expiration of this period, and the customer has not requested early commencement of performance with informed consent to forfeit the right of withdrawal (Article 38(1) and (13) of the Law on Consumer Rights).
- If the customer requested the start of the service before 14 days and agreed to forfeit the right of withdrawal after full performance - the right of withdrawal may not be available to him.
- In the event of a successful withdrawal, we will refund a pro rata portion of the fee for the unused subscription period within 14 days.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at kontakt@kilometrowka.net. Cancellation halts subsequent renewals.
- The 14-day trial version is free and does not require a refund - it ends automatically if the customer does not choose a paid plan.
6 Replacement of goods
The store allows you to exchange goods. In order to make it, contact the store by e-mail at. kontakt@kilometrowka.net. Shipping costs associated with the exchange shall be borne by the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defect in the goods.
7 Exclusions to the right of return
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases specified in Article 38 of the Law on Consumer Rights, in particular when:
- The goods were made to the customer's individual order,
- The goods have been unpacked and are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons,
- The goods spoiled quickly,
- the digital service was fully performed with the consumer's prior consent with the loss of the right of withdrawal (see Section 5).

9. out-of-court dispute resolution
A customer who is a consumer has the opportunity to use out-of-court ways of handling complaints and claims, including through:
- the European Commission's ODR platform available at. https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr,
- mediation conducted by the Provincial Inspectorates of the Trade Inspection,
- Assistance from municipal/county consumer ombudsmen.
