1. general information

2. right of withdrawal (return without reason)

A consumer has the right to withdraw from a remote contract within a period of time 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without stating a reason and without incurring costs (other than the cost of return).

How to file a return:

  1. Send an email to kontakt@kilometrowka.net With information about the desire to withdraw from the contract.
  2. Send the goods to the address: ITBees spółka z o.o. 112B Grota Roweckiego Street, 52-232 Wrocław.
  3. Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date of our receipt of the returned goods or confirmation of shipment (whichever comes first).

Conditions:

  • The goods must not bear traces of use beyond normal inspection of the product.
  • We refund the amount due for the goods by the same payment method used by the customer (unless he agrees to another form).
  • The cost of delivery to the customer is not refunded. The cost of return is borne by the customer. The store does not accept COD shipments.

3. complaints (defective goods)

In the case of a defective product, the customer has the right to claim under the warranty provisions.

The complaint may include:

  • repair of goods,
  • replacement with a new one,
  • price reduction,
  • Withdrawal from the contract (in the event of a material defect).

Complaint Procedure:

  1. The claim should be sent to the following e-mail address: kontakt@kilometrowka.net
  2. The application should describe the problem and, if possible, include photos.
  3. The store will consider the complaint within up to 14 days.

Costs:

  • If the complaint is accepted - shipping cost is covered by the seller.

4 Exclusions to the right of return

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases specified in Article 38 of the Law on Consumer Rights, in particular when:

  • The product was made to individual order,
  • The product has been unpacked and cannot be returned for hygienic reasons,
  • The product spoiled quickly.

5. exchanges

The store allows you to exchange goods.
To make an exchange, please contact the store by email.

Shipping costs associated with the exchange shall be borne by the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defect in the product.
