You will return the goods purchased from us easily and quickly.
In our store, you do not have to worry about the fact that the purchased goods will not meet your expectations.
According to the applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance without giving a reason. So if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can send them back to us within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. All returns in our store are handled by a very simple returns wizard.

Put the packaged goods together with purchase document Into a cardboard box and seal it well.
Refund
You will receive a refund up to 14 days after we receive your return and process it favorably.

You must send the return parcels yourself at your own expense. We do not accept parcels sent COD.
The refund will be made to the same account from which the purchased goods were paid.
Put the packed goods together with the document confirming your purchase in our store into the carton for shipping and seal it well. You can use the carton in which you received the ordered goods.
Refund, we will make a refund within 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. As a rule, however, it takes less time. The refund will be made after the return has been successfully processed, We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until you provide proof of its return.
The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.
When will a withdrawal be unsuccessful?
Returned goods must be undamaged, packed so that they are not damaged in transit.
Returned goods must not have signs of use.
