Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have a Kilometrówka account already?
No. We create the account along with your order, using the email address you provided, the company information from the invoice, and the vehicles for which you’re ordering the transmitters. After payment, we’ll send you a link to set your password. If you already have an account, log in and order the transmitters in the app, under the GPS Store tab.
How much does the subscription cost, and how do I cancel it?
You pay the GPS subscription fee for each vehicle equipped with a transmitter. You pay for the first period when you place your order; subsequent payments are automatically charged to your card. You can cancel the subscription in the Kilometrówka settings.
How do I install the transmitter?
Plug the transmitter into the car's OBD port—usually located under the steering wheel. It takes just a few seconds and doesn't require a visit to a repair shop. If the port is in an awkward spot, an angled OBD cable (extension cord) will come in handy.
Will I receive an invoice? VAT?
Yes. We issue the invoice for the order and for subsequent subscription periods based on the information provided in the order.
